Are the products gluten free?
Yes, TRII products are gluten free, however, we cannot guarantee that the raw materials and finished products have not come in contact raw materials that contain gluten.
How to Use Trii Products
How do you use the Hand & Body wash bar?
Massage onto damp skin until foam forms. Rinse off thoroughly. Keep dry between uses. Recommend storing wash bar in a well-draining dish.
How do you use the Hand & Body Exfoliating bar?
You can use the bar 3 times a week. Massage onto damp skin until foam forms. Rinse off thoroughly. Keep dry between uses. Recommend storing exfoliating bar in a well-draining dish.
How to use the Hand & Body Moisturising bar?
Rub the bar between your hands to warm it up and massage into the body, or massage it directly onto the skin. When using the bar for the first time, before massaging onto skin, we recommend you rub the bar between your hands to soften the bar. The bar will soften with continued use. Store away from direct sunlight in a cool dry place.
Subscription
How often will I receive the products?
You can choose to receive the products every 14 days or 28 days.
How will I be charged for the products?
Depending on the subscription model you have selected, we will charge your registered debit/credit card or PayPal account before the products are dispatched.
Packaging
Is the Packaging Recyclable?
All TRII packaging is recyclable. The aluminium tins can also be re-used.
Can the shipping boxes fit through my letterbox?
We have designed the shipping boxes to fit through the standard letterbox which is usually your front door.
Delivery
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery within the UK costs £2.99 and will take around 3-5 working days but for orders over £30 and subscribed orders, postage is FREE!
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the locations within the UK. However, we are looking to expand to international locations soon.
How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping will take around 3-5 working days.
